Last year (2022) the SOCK Unicorns were able to raise 7,021 pairs of NEW socks. These items were raised with the help of local clients and real estate partners. All socks given to our team were donated to local charitable organizations throughout Pierce County. This is the 4th Annual DYOJO Podcast SOCKTember event and this year they are joining forces with Restoring Kindness. Every year our team has raised more and more socks but haven't YET won. So, THIS YEAR our goal is raise OVER 10,000 pairs of NEW socks as the international goal is OVER 100,000 pairs of NEW socks to donate to local charitable organizations.

Over 600 people from the Summit, Parkland, Midland, South Hill, Puyallup, and Tacoma communities (and beyond) turned out for the Pac Ave Summer Palooza. This event was the first of it's kind for the Franklin Pierce School District and by all accounts was a success in bringing the community together around celebrating our eighth graders. The vision and goal behind this event, spearheaded by Kelsey Isaacson (Home with K Isaacson) and Alisha Chang (SPYA), was simply to come together as a community.
Special thanks to:
Big shout outs to our Franklin Pierce and Washington High School communities as several coaches and players from various clubs and teams helped facilitate and entertain our guests.
We have been hard at work to coordinate a FREE community event called Pac Ave Summer Palooza. This event will be a celebration of the graduating eighth graders of the Franklin Pierce School district from Keithley (Kolts) and Ford Middle (T-Birds) Schools (Tacoma, Washington). The students have been involved in the planning of this event and decided on the name “Pac Ave Summer Palooza” and decided on the slogan “When Two Sides Unite”. Alisha Chang (Summit-Parkland Youth Association) and Kelsey Isaacson (Home with K Isaacson) have been spearheading the effort to bring the community together with the support of both High Schools (Franklin Pierce and Washington) as well as MANY other community members. The Pac Ave Summer Palooza will be hosted at FP Stadium as this is where both High Schools, the Cardinals and Patriots, compete in their sports competitions and it is therefore a central fixture in the community. This is a FREE community event with food, fun, and festivities to celebrate our eighth graders transitioning into their high school education. Groups from each of the schools will be participating in the festivities as well as entertainment from their various talents including cultural dances, a drum off, interactive sport activities, club performances, and an art exhibit.

My name is Kelsey Isaacson. I live in Puyallup, Washington. I love traveling. I do not love camping. Making OpportunitiesI do love traveling, going to new places. I do like solo traveling, I have four kids and a husband. So sometimes it's nice to get out and go adventure. I just came back to Europe, London and Paris. It was fun, I just went by myself. It's fun to explore things and see the history of things. I'm not really a history buff, but it's cool to actually be somewhere and see where major histories have happened. Connecting PeopleI love connecting people in real estate. I love walking the journey with people on real estate, I enjoy helping people come to a new place, when they don't really where to go or what to say, I enjoy being able to connect first time homebuyers to the right place, the right people, at the right time. I enjoy helping homebuyers see the quality that you could have in real estate. I believe that everybody deserves to have a home. Everybody can have a home. That is my main drive in real estate. Everyone Deserves A HomeI believe that everybody deserves to have a home. Everybody can have a home. That is my main drive in real estate. Theory Real Estate (Tacoma, WA) has a good sense of community. They want to help people. They have the right heart for real estate, which is really hard sometimes to find in this industry. My name is Kelsey Isaacson and I love connecting people and making opportunities for them. I would love to talk to anybody who wants to find a home.
